The company was founded by Dave Rideout, who is active supporting a large network for a Fortune 500 company. He is MCITP Server 2008 Certified and also holds industry certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and ITIL v3 Foundations Certifications. He is currently pursuing his Masters from Northeastern University in Network Security.
